Movies At The Milton During 2010 a group of film buffs formed a committee to plan and offer films at the Milton Theatre. This group of volunteers contributed many hours to planning meetings, making arrangements to secure movie rights to be able to show the films, securing film sponsors, serving as projectionists, staffing the concession stand, preparing the theatre, and more. Thank you to all the volunteers that helped make Movies At The Milton a success! Movies At The Milton showed 29 movies this year and helped make the theatre profitable thanks to our sponsors (see Read More and the Sponsor page). The films ranged from documentaries, academy award winners and losers, to Rocky Horror Picture Show. For many, there is nothing like the shared experience of watching a movie on the big screen in a theatre. Another great reason for keeping the historic Milton Theatre open.
